Intern

At Nivlek Influx Ltd, we are looking for an IT Intern to join our team and help us with a variety of tasks related to our existing digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a strong interest in learning about IT. He or she will be able to work independently and be proactive in finding solutions to problems. The IT Intern will be responsible for tasks such as networking, updating content, providing customer support, and assisting with day-to-day tasks as it may be needed. Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of detailed specifications from which programs will be written
• Assist senior programmers in the design of programs
• Assist in the installation of new or modified hardware and software products
• Assist senior technicians in the resolution of technical problems
• Assist senior technicians in the resolution of technical problems
• Assist in providing training to new users of existing systems
• Assist in the development of project plans and timelines
• Assist in the coordination of work efforts among various departments within the company
• Assist in the preparation of reports on project status and progress

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• Basic understanding of computers and networks
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
